Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your e-mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect mails from one email box account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mail boxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
