LownHome Financial

LownHome Financial is a wholesale mortgage lender recently acquired by Goldman Sachs. The company, which has its corporate headquarters in California, recently opened an office in Calverton, MD to serve the South East region of the country.

LownHome trusted Fluint to select and install all hardware for their 20,000 square foot regional operations center. We ordered network hardware and desktop PCs, ran over 27,000 feet of network cable, and built a bullet proof network that hasn't skipped a beat in over a year.

Timing Is Everything

When LownHome came to us, they were occupying a temporary office space which they were quickly outgrowing. They needed to move to a larger space before their existing lease expired.

We had exactly two and a half weeks to procure the necessary hardware, route network cables to 110 cubicals, setup employee worksations, and secure the entire network. We finished the job ahead of schedule, allowing them make a seemless transition from one place to the next.

Following the network installation, Fluint stayed on as the preferred IT partner for LownHome in MD; handling all tech support, troubleshooting, and future development needs. We currently provide remote and on site support, perform routine system maintenance, and troubleshoot employee workstations.

Responsibilities

Network installation including: Cat5e cabling/termination, hardware procurement and installation, network optimization, secure wifi, network printing, file sharing, security analysis, system maintenance, and ongoing tech support.
